RAS Lecture Series 2022 – 2023

We are delighted to announce the start of the 2022 – 23 lecture series at the Royal Asiatic Society. Lectures will continue to be held as ‘hybrid events’ meaning that they will be streamed online over zoom as well as ‘in person’ at the Society’s premises. The inaugural lecture will take place on 4th October and will be given by former RAS Director Dr Giles Tillotson, the talk will be entitled Tiger & Tyrant: Images of Tipu Sultan in British History Painting. We hope to see many of you there!
